3.1 Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform.
• You must not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3.2 Verification

• We reserve the right to verify your identity and property ownership documentation.
• Users must provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
• Property ownership documents must be submitted for listing verification.
• Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3 Code of Conduct

• Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Any fraudulent or deceptive practices will result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Listing Requirements

• All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Property descriptions must include all material facts and not omit important information.
• Images must be recent, unedited, and accurately represent the property.
• Prices must be clearly stated and must not include hidden charges.
• Properties must be legally available for sale or rent at the time of listing.

4.2 Ownership Verification

• Owners must provide proof of legal ownership or authorization to list the property.
• Required documents include property title deeds, NOC, and relevant permits.
• Listings without proper documentation will be removed immediately.
• We reserve the right to conduct independent verification of ownership claims.

4.3 Listing Standards

• Listings must comply with Fair Housing laws and anti-discrimination policies.
• Discriminatory preferences based on religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity are prohibited.
• Listings must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content.
• Duplicate listings or spam will result in account penalties.

5.1 Platform Fees

• We may charge listing fees, subscription fees, or transaction-based commissions.
• All fees are clearly displayed before you commit to any payment.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways on the Platform.
• Direct cash transactions or off-platform payments are discouraged and unsupported.
• Users are responsible for any payment gateway charges or taxes.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

5.3 Transaction Fees

• A service fee may be charged on successful transactions facilitated through the Platform.
• Owners are responsible for paying applicable service fees upon property sale or rental.
• Failure to pay fees may result in listing removal and account suspension.

5.4 Refund Policy

• Platform fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors or Platform malfunction.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days with supporting documentation.
• Final decision on refunds rests solely with the Platform management.

7.1 Platform Role

• We are a facilitator and not a party to any transaction between users.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listings.
• We are not responsible for verifying the identity or credentials of users.
• We do not endorse or guarantee any property or user on the Platform.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from Platform use or inability to use.
• Users assume all risks associated with property transactions.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users.
• Users must conduct their own due diligence before any transaction.

7.4 Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
• Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any legal action must be filed within one year of the dispute arising.

7.5 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from:

• Any claims arising from your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Your listings, transactions, or interactions with other users.
• Any intellectual property infringement claims.

8.1 Termination by User

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
• Upon termination, all active listings will be removed immediately.
• Paid fees are non-refundable upon voluntary account termination.
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination.

8.2 Termination by Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Providing false information or documentation.
• Harassment or abuse of other users or Platform staff.
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks.
• Extended inactivity (over 24 months).
• Any activity that harms the Platform's reputation or operations.

8.3 Effect of Termination

• All listings will be removed immediately upon termination.
• Access to the Platform and your account data will be revoked.
• Outstanding fees remain payable even after termination.
• Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

9.1 Data Collection

• We collect personal information necessary to provide our services.
• Data collected includes name, contact details, property information, and transaction history.
• We use cookies and tracking technologies to improve user experience.
• Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Usage

• Your data is used to facilitate transactions and improve Platform services.
• We may share data with verified buyers/tenants to complete transactions.
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.
• Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and marketing.

9.3 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Report any security breaches or unauthorized access immediately.

9.4 User Rights

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
• Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
• Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance.
